Credit scoring manager

Job overview:
The credit scoring manager will lead and mentor a team of credit scoring analysts to ensure the development, refinement, and validation of credit scoring models in the timely delivery of various engagements in a fast-paced start-up consulting environment. As Analytix Engine is a start-up, the credit scoring manager will sometimes be required to do the analytics and modelling personally, as required on some projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to and shape the credit scoring processes within our rapidly growing organisation.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in a Quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, BMI, Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics etc.)
Experience:
• Ideally, 5 – 10 years of professional working experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ credit scoring modelling experience
• 1 - 2 years’ experience managing teams and projects
• Consulting experience is an advantage
